1. Digest Client’s drawing – discuss with client every details to make sure no misunderstandings and mistakes
2. Prepare accurate production sheet for production according to client’s drawing
3. Cut-to-size slab
4. Pre-lay inspection and take photos for client reference to ensure less color variation
5. Labeling – clear printed label with plastic cover protection for installer’s convenience
6. Workmanship i.e. edging & grooving
7. Waterproof treatment – 6 sided waterproofing with optimum sealer according to different stone type and nature
8. Packaging – 10mm thick pine wood steamed crate in optimum size (below 20 m2 per crate) plus 10mm PU foam outer protection and transparent PVC sheet to prevent transportation damage
9. Logistic / Shipment – employ reliable logistic / shipment agent to ensure the stone product in good shape throughout the transportation
